721 Performance, founded in 2016 (formally Challenge Fitness), moved to Concord in 2023 to elevate our clients training experience with top tier equipment and trainers. The number 721 comes from our owners badge number at the fire department. Her husband also was ironically assigned the same badge number at a different department. This number, 721, has popped up in many difference scenarios and has now become the foundation of hard work, resilience, focused mindset, and a drive to succeed- exactly how we work with our clients.
We currently offer personal training, small group training, open gym, pop up classes, yoga classes, ruck/run meet ups, wellness seminars, nutritionists/dietitians, mental performance coaches.
